To all New Orleans Caribbean Carnival Parade Participants
The New Orleans Caribbean Carnival Parade committee have been monitoring the current situation of the novel coronavirus, named COVID-19 and as this pandemic continues to have a global impact, the city of New Orleans is recommending the postponement of all major festivals for the rest of 2020. The health and wellbeing of participants in the New Orleans Carnival Parade remains our top priority so we have made the decision to cancel the 2020 New Orleans Caribbean Carnival Parade.
We would like to thank all of our participants for their support and have decided to implement a carry forward system as some carnivals have done. What does that mean? It means that your payments for NOLA Colour Me Krazy will be credited to the next carnival. If you are unable to attend the next carnival your payment will be credited to the following year, so you can participate in either of the next 2 years of the carnival at the price you paid for 2020.
Thank you for your continued support

The New Orleans Caribbean Carnival Parade, where Soca meets Jazz, is a family friendly event within the NOLA Caribbean Experience aimed at bringing a taste of the islands to the City of New Orleans through a street parade down historic Canal Street. Held in the month of June the carnival parade is a celebration of Caribbean culture in the Big Easy.
